MK9 Specialists is led by GuiAlix Douyon ( G ), a canine specialist focused on transforming the relationship between canine and owner.
With over a decade of experience training and caring for a variety of dogs, G has not only learned how to interpret a dogs body language, but also how to lead and handle canines in a variety of situations. Thus, creating clear communication. Resulting in better control & freedom for canine excursions.

His passion for dogs and animal behavior led him to creating MK9 Specialists. Throughout his career in Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Medicine, he's observed the difficulty owners have in effectively communicating/ understanding & handling their canine companions. G describes the interaction like the owner & canine are speaking two different languages, resulting in disconnect, tension, and frustration on both ends of the leash.
G believes that, " This is personal work. Every dog brings learned behavior patterns, every owner brings a desire to confidently handle their dog. The dog learns to commands, while the owner learns how to lead. MK9 's role is to understand both sides of the leash and build a curriculum that creates clarity for the dog and control for the owner."
